A pair of South Jersey school scandals had major twists to end the week, with one embattled official resigning and another being indicted. In Camden on Friday, Wasim Muhammad, the president of the Camden School Advisory Board, announced his resignation after months of pressure from local residents, the state-appointed superintendent and Gov. Phil Murphy.
